Yes. Every Monarch wine tour is private and fully custom. Tell us your favorite estates across Loudoun County, Middleburg, and Leesburg, or let our team suggest a route, and we plan the timing around you.
Do you partner with specific Middleburg vineyards?
We work with wineries throughout Middleburg and the wider Virginia wine country, and we coordinate your reservations and arrival times directly so each tasting room is expecting you.
Is the tasting fee included in the transportation?
Tasting fees are set by each winery and are paid at the estate, separate from your transportation. Your Monarch rate is a flat, all inclusive price for the vehicle, chauffeur, gratuity, and time.
How many wineries can we visit in a day?
Most groups enjoy three to four wineries across a five to eight hour day, paced so the day never feels rushed.
How many guests can join a wine tour?
From a couple in the S580 to fourteen guests in a Mercedes Sprinter, with larger parties handled by our mini bus and motor coach.
How far in advance should we book?
Weekend dates in peak season book quickly, so we recommend reserving at least forty eight hours ahead, and earlier for larger groups.
